1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Ozarks Research Cache LLC are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including (but not limited to):
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect orders
Unintended Duplicate Orders
Product dissatisfaction
Unauthorized purchases
2. Research Use Only
Our products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption or therapeutic use. By purchasing from us, you agree to use the products in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Order Accuracy
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all order details are correct before finalizing the purchase. Ozarks Research Cache LLC is not liable for incorrect shipping addresses or product selections made by the customer.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. In such cases, we may—at our sole discretion—offer a replacement of the same product or store credit. No refunds will be issued.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in a permanent ban from purchasing with Ozarks Research Cache LLC. We reserve the right to provide proof of transaction and delivery to the payment processor.
