Fast Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed before our daily cut-off time (e.g., 2 PM CST) are often shipped the same day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking details.


Shipping Options & Delivery Time

We offer dependable shipping via UPS Ground to ensure your order arrives safely:

  • Standard Shipping: 1–5 business days
  • No shipping on weekends or federal holidays.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.


Shipping Protection

No replacement products will be shipped due to lost or damaged items by the shipping company (UPS) if “shipping protection” was not opted into by the customer.

  • If Shipping Protection was selected and the ship to address was entered incorrectly by the customer – NO replacements will be shipped.
  • Our Shipping Protection is not through UPS, we will not respond to claims submitted through UPS

Discreet & Secure Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet and secure packaging:

  • No sensitive product information is displayed on the package
  • Designed to ensure privacy and safe delivery

Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number.

You can monitor your shipment in real time through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking details.


Shipping Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier-related issues

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Ozarks Research Cache LLC is not responsible for shipping delays.


International Shipping

We do NOT offer shipping to international destinations.

  • Currently not offering international shipping.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses
  • Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed
