OzarksResearch Cache LLC Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the OzarksResearch Cache LLC Affiliate Program (the “Program”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation as an Affiliate. By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Program.

1. Definitions

  • Company / We / Us: OzarksResearch Cache LLC, operating our website(s) (“Site”).
  • Affiliate / You: The individual or entity participating in the Program.
  • Qualifying Order: A completed, paid, and non-refunded order placed by a customer who clicked your unique affiliate link, where the order total is $100.00 or higher.
  • Commission: The reward you earn for a Qualifying Order.

2. Enrollment and Approval

  • You must apply through our official Affiliate Program page or registration form powered by AffiliatePress.
  • We review all applications and reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion, without providing a reason.
  • Only approved Affiliates receive a unique referral link and access to the affiliate dashboard.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated.

3. Commissions

  • You earn a flat $10.00 USD commission for each Qualifying Order ($100.00 or higher) generated through your unique affiliate link.
  • Commissions are not earned on:
    • Orders below $100.00
    • Orders that are refunded, canceled, or charged back
    • Self-referrals (purchases made using your own affiliate link)
    • Orders involving fraud, cookie stuffing, or violation of these Terms
  • The referral cookie lasts 15 days. The customer must complete the purchase within 15 days of clicking your affiliate link for the commission to be tracked.
  • Commissions are tracked automatically via AffiliatePress. We reserve the right to adjust or reverse commissions in cases of fraud, returns, or errors.

4. Refund Grace Period

  • There is a 4-day refund grace period after a purchase.
  • Commissions become eligible for payout only after the 4-day grace period has passed with no refund or chargeback.

5. Payouts

  • Approved commissions become payable after the 4-day refund grace period.
  • Minimum Payout Threshold: You must have at least $50.00 in approved commissions before a payout is issued.
  • Payouts are made automatically via PayPal on a weekly basis, specifically on Monday.
  • You are responsible for providing a valid and active PayPal email address in your affiliate dashboard. You are also responsible for any PayPal fees or taxes on commissions received.
  • If your balance is below the $50.00 threshold at the time of the weekly payout, it will roll over to the next week.
  • We may change the payout schedule or method with prior notice.

6. Promotion Rules and Brand Guidelines

  • You may only promote using your unique affiliate link and any approved banners, text links, or materials provided in the affiliate dashboard.
  • You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotions (e.g., “#ad”, “affiliate link”, or “I may earn a commission if you make a qualifying purchase through my link”). This is required for legal compliance (including FTC guidelines in the United States).
  • Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to):
    • Spam, unsolicited emails, or misleading advertising
    • Bidding on our branded keywords in paid search or social ads
    • Unauthorized use of our logos, trademarks, or copyrighted materials
    • Creating fake accounts, self-referrals, or any fraudulent activity
    • Promoting on coupon, deal, or discount websites without prior approval
    • Any illegal, unethical, or reputation-damaging promotional methods
  • We may review your promotions and suspend or terminate your account for violations.

7. Termination

  • You may terminate your participation at any time by notifying us or deactivating your account in the dashboard.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for fraud, breach of these Terms, or any behavior that harms our business or reputation.
  • Upon termination:
    • You lose access to the dashboard and referral links.
    • Approved commissions above the $50.00 threshold will be paid according to the weekly Monday schedule.
    • Commissions below the threshold or still within the refund grace period may be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

  • The Program is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold OzarksResearch Cache LLC harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your promotional activities or breach of these Terms.

9. Modifications

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
  • The updated Terms will be posted on our Affiliate Program page with the new “Last Updated” date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
